Annotation:This degree completion program serves the needs of working adults by providing them the opportunity to earn their Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership, a broad-based business degree designed to prepare students for leadership positions within their organizations. The ADVANCE Program offers a rewarding experience to the working adult with career, family, and life commitments. Coursework is non-traditional and cohort-based. Classes are small, designed to promote cooperative learning among adult learners.
